Responsibilities:

- Verification of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) for cash payments
- Management and control of customer data
- Client contact for information validation
- Monitoring of payments and operational risk
- Interaction with internal and external teams
- Support in managing operational incidents and ensuring audit compliance

Profile:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial or banking operations
- Basic knowledge of SWIFT (MT103, MT202) and Excel
- Good command of English and French
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and team spirit
