Responsibilities

• Verification of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) for cash payments
• Management and control of customer data
• Client contact for information validation
• Monitoring of payments and operational risk
• Interaction with internal and external teams
• Support in managing operational incidents and ensuring audit compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in financial or banking operations
• Basic knowledge of SWIFT (MT103, MT202) and Excel
• Good command of English and French
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and team spirit
