Join a dynamic team where you’ll support the management, maintenance, and evolution of Citrix environments — ensuring performance, stability, and security across application and desktop virtualization platforms.

? What we’re looking for:

? Technical or higher education in IT, Computer Engineering, Networks, or similar areas.

? Basic knowledge of:

• Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, GPOs);
  
  
• Virtualization concepts (VMs, hypervisors, networking, storage).

⭐ Plus points if you have some familiarity with:

• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (Xen
  App/Xen
  Desktop);
  
  
• Citrix Studio /Citrix Director;
  
  
• Net
  Scaler (ADC);
  
  
• Power
  Shell scripting and system administration;
  
  
• Networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, TLS, MFA, permissions).

? What you’ll do:

• Support senior admins in daily Citrix operations;
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with updates;
  
  
• Monitor systemsand report performance incidents;
  
  
• Troubleshoot access, session, and published app issues;
  
  
• Help document procedures and best practices;
  
  
• Contribute to improvement and upgrade projects.
