Tech is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Clinical Account Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal.
In this pivotal role, you'll embark on comprehensive training and gain
- on experience within a dynamic EP lab setting. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to support innovative cardiac procedures and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
Objectives of the Position
- Attend all portions of Clinical Account Specialist fellowship training program without exception.
- Engage in dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during training.
- Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team.
- Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
- Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a
- stress environment. - Maintain composure and
- solving focus during stressful interactions. - Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail.
- Responsible for following all company guidelines related to health, safety and environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
- Responsible for adhering to company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in biomedical engineering, nursing, clinical physiology, or other
- related degrees. - A valid driver’s license issued in Portugal.
- Must maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape.
- The ability to travel related to this role is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
- Advanced-level computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of a manager.
