Junior Clinical Account Specialist – Johnson & Johnson Med
Tech, Portugal

Tech is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Clinical Account Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal.

In this pivotal role, you'll embark on comprehensive training and gain
- on experience within a dynamic EP lab setting. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to support innovative cardiac procedures and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Objectives of the Position

• Attend all portions of Clinical Account Specialist fellowship training program without exception.
• Engage in dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during training.
• Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team.
• Understand the dynamics of an EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses and technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff.
• Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a
  - stress environment.
• Maintain composure and
  - solving focus during stressful interactions.
• Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail.
• Responsible for following all company guidelines related to health, safety and environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
• Responsible for adhering to company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in biomedical engineering, nursing, clinical physiology, or other
  - related degrees.
• A valid driver’s license issued in Portugal.
• Must maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape.
• The ability to travel related to this role is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Advanced-level computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of a manager.
