More Specifically, You Will

• Act as the first point of contact for routine questions from your client portfolio
• Validate Client Insurance Premium Tax data using in‑house software
• Assist in confirming tax amounts due to clients
• Help create accurate tax returns under guidance
• Ensure all data is complete and returns are submitted within strict deadlines
• Build positive working relationships with clients and internal teams
• Attend client meetings as and when appropriate

What We Need From You

• 0–12 months of client service, administrative or analytical experience (internships, university projects, or part‑time roles welcome)
• Interest in client service, finance, accounting, or working with data
• Basic knowledge of Excel or a willingness to learn it quickly
• Comfortable with MS Office
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation
• Confidence in prioritising tasks to meet legal deadlines
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced changing environment
• A positive “can do” attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Additional European languages are an advantage – and you will get to use them!
