We’re hiring: Junior Compliance Analyst

Lisboa | Hybrid model

What you’ll do:

• Conduct
  - depth Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews as part of client remediation processes, based on updated documentation and customer risk profiles.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and frameworks;
• Familiarity with due diligence processes, particularly Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD);
• Ability to analyze client documentation, corporate structures, and identify risk factors;
• Attention to detail and critical thinking for accurate risk assessment;
• Experience with compliance tools and systems (e. g. , World-Check, Lexis
  Nexis, or similar platforms);
• Good communication skills for documenting findings and supporting compliance decisions;
• Basic knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements (e. g. , FATF, EU AML Directives, OFAC, etc. );
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
