We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Consulting Team supports all of Mercer's lines of business, including Health, Wealth, and Career, providing a broad perspective on the company's value proposition and offering diverse learning experiences.

You will work closely with senior colleagues on projects related to retirement, human resources, and benefits.

We will count on you to:

• Support and participate in projects across different lines of business (benefits, pension & investments, and HR projects);
• Assist in data preparation, presentations, and information gathering;
• Produce reports;
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time with
  - quality client delivery.

What you need to have:

• A degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field;
• Fluent in English and native in Portuguese;
• Strong analytical skills and a
  - solving mindset;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power
  Point and Excel;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility;
• Accountability and ownership.
