About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Controller to join the Finance and Controlling team. The Junior Controller will play a key role in supporting financial health and operational efficiency through financial analysis, reporting, and
-
- day accounting tasks in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting and forecasting to align with business goals and review variances.
• Financial Operations: Accounting and maintenance of records in line with internal procedures.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure regulatory compliance, including support for audits and tax preparation.
• General Support: Carry out
  - hoc financial tasks.

Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in financial controlling, FP&A, or accounting. Experience in international environments or Big Four firms is valued.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems and multicurrency transactions. Knowledge of BI tools is an advantage.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
