The Team
We seek a motivated and skilled Corporate and Labour Legal Advisor to join our team at Corporate Portugal. If you’re passionate about guiding clients through their corporate and labour needs in Portugal, this is your opportunity to be a key player in our expanding firm.
What We Do
We assist clients with business setup, management, and growth in Portugal, collaborating closely with Tax, Immigration, and Real Estate departments to support clients at every stage of their corporate journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support for corporate operations (companies, associations, foundations)
- Lead client meetings, manage leads, and contribute to office growth
- Support entrepreneurs and companies throughout their corporate and labour processes
- Maintain client cases and ensure transparent communication
- Manage relationships with
- party entities and coordinate legal actions - Perform legal and administrative tasks related to department operations
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Handle vehicle importation, labour issues, litigation, trademark registration, and related documentation
- Conduct research and provide insights into business operations
- Assist startups with company incorporation and licensing
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Respond to client queries efficiently, aiming for a 1-day turnaround
Qualifications
- Law degree from Portugal
- Registered with the Portuguese Bar Association
- 1-3 years of experience handling corporate and labour law cases independently
- Excellent communication skills and proactive
- solving approach - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus

Requirements
- Law degree from Portugal
- Registered with the Portuguese Bar Association
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate and labour law handling cases independently
- Positive, flexible, and eager to learn attitude
- Passionate, energetic, and committed
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus
- Interest in digital tools, automation, and innovation
- Knowledge sharing mindset
- Client-centric approach with
- solving skills - Motivated and proactive in taking on challenges
