? We are looking for a Junior Credit Analyst.

Main Tasks:

  • Lead and oversee
    - related activities across client onboarding and periodic review processes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Drive efficient prioritization, monitoring, and resolution of
    - related requests.
  • Develop and structure credit proposals and supporting documentation, clearly articulating business context and risk considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with risk and control functions, representing
    - office interests in
    - functional discussions.
  • Oversee ongoing credit reviews and exposure management to support sound portfolio oversight.
  • Deliver regular performance insights and customized reporting to support management
    - making.
  • Identify and champion process optimization and
    - driven enhancements to improve onboarding efficiency and overall client experience.

Main Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of financial products, credit risks, and funds.
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Power
    Point, Power
    BI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    - paced, dynamic environment.
  • Organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
