Job Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Customer IT Support Specialist (Job based in Lisbon, Portugal) with a proactive mindset and a
- oriented approach.

You will provide
- on support to customers using our unique tools, learning the specifics of the systems on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide
  - line support for customer inquiries related to our internal systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by collaborating with internal teams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and French (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
• Assist in documenting known issues, solutions, and support procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
• Translate customer issues into actionable insights for the team.

Technical Skills

• Some IT background or related experience; willingness to learn on the job.
• Professional communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus but not mandatory.
• Holds an ITIL Foundation v4 certification or demonstrates a strong willingness to become certified.
• Excellent working knowledge of Office 365
• Customer and
