Junior Customer Project Manager (m/f) based in Cascais São Domingos de Rana

Main Mission

Provide administrative, documentation and system support to the Senior Coordinator, ensuring precise Quantum transactions, complete
- package files and timely logistics/PO processing to achieve compliant,
- time aircraft delivery. Shift/rostered work.

Tasks and responsabilities

System & Work-Package Execution

• Open and maintain WPs in Quantum (tasks per customer request); manage BOM/BOM notes and close tasks upon completion.
• Build and maintain the aircraft folder and files (WAF, WO, APO, TQ), keeping control sheets and statistics up to date.
• Scan/record the WP and prepare the customer delivery pack (WPDR), ensuring document integrity

Operational Admin & Logistics

• Create vendor POs for all contracted services (with estimates where applicable) per Support & Logistics guidelines.
• Execute travel bookings and logistics as approved by the Senior; track shipments of materials/components/tools with Logistics

Internal Communication & Event Support

• Issue requests on DABS Station groups/DA MRO Network; open aircraft groups once works are accepted; maintain clear internal updates.
• Support the Senior in monitoring receipt of original documentation and records to DABS standards.

Compliance Support

• Assist with maintenance data pulls and
  - card packs; chase signatures/CMTS protocols; compile evidence for MOE §2. 18. 3 occurrences

Competencies

• Training / Diplomas: Technical or engineering background, or equivalent MCC track.
• IT Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office and database management.
• Experience: Background in Administration, Logistics, or Aviation Support.
• Languages: Portuguese (fluent), English (fluent), French or Italian (an asset).
• Personality: Accurate, organized, composed under pressure, and a strong team player.
