Junior Customer Service (German)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and
- related questions. - Ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
- Languages Required: Fluent German (written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication skills,
- solving abilities, and a
- first attitude. - Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Friday with the potential for future shift work.
