Your new role
- Support customers via live chat, email, and phone with fast, friendly, and helpful service
- Work with internal teams to stay up to date on new features
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention
- Turn every interaction into an opportunity to build loyalty
What you need:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple conversations
- Comfortable escalating issues and managing risk
- Experience in
- facing roles (preferred) - Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools and email systems
