S company to hire multiple Junior Customer Solutions Experts to join their growing team in Lisbon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer support, technology, and working in an international environment.

The role:

• Support customers via calls, chats, and emails
• Troubleshoot
  - related queries and provide excellent customer experiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Work in a hybrid model (mix of office and home working) with a supportive, dynamic team

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English and Portugese (additional European languages a plus)
• Previous customer service, tech support, hospitality, or retail experience ideal but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work shifts (including occasional night shifts and weekends)
