Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Customer Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the booking process and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You'll use email, Whats
App, and other communication tools to provide assistance, clarify doubts, and recommend suitable housing options.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact all tenants who have made booking requests through the platform
- Suggest accommodation options tailored to each tenant's needs and preferences
- Explain how the platform works and guide users through the booking process
- Respond to inquiries via email, Whats
App, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner - Clarify doubts and provide detailed information about properties, landlords, and rental conditions
- Ensure excellent customer experience by providing clear, empathetic, and
- oriented support - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding
- Assist with FAQs, guides, or template messages to improve support efficiency
- Following up on pending bookings or payments
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the team to improve platform usability
- Updating property information on the platform
- Assisting in verifying documents or tenant details
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Problem-solving mindset with a
- first attitude - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a
- paced environment - Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or hospitality is a plus (not mandatory)
