Position: Junior Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping customers and eager to grow within a fast-paced, global tech company!
What you’ll do:
Provide fast, friendly, and efficient support via chat, email, and phone; Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay up to date with the latest features; Diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions; Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty; Turn every interaction into an opportunity for growth
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Excellent communication and active listening skills; Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously; A collaborative mindset and a strong focus on problem-solving; Experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar (a plus); Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems (a plus); Availability for rotating shifts.
