Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundational understanding of Data Analysis principles and is eager to apply their technical skills in Python, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to extract insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Transformation: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases and reporting.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Use Python libraries (e. g. , Pandas, Num
  Py) to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using BI tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings clearly to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Insight Generation: Support senior analysts by conducting
  - dive analyses on business problems, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Data Quality: Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for data sources, logic, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• SQL Proficiency: Solid understanding of relational databases and demonstrable skill in writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation (e. g. , joins, aggregations, window functions).
• Python Programming: Foundational knowledge of Python and its application in data analysis, including experience with core libraries like Pandas and Num
  Py. Experience with visualization libraries (e. g. , Matplotlib, Seaborn) is a plus.
• BI Tool Experience: Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports using at least one major Business Intelligence tool (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker/Data Studio).
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical findings to a general audience.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e. g. , AWS Redshift, Google Big
  Query).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and basic machine learning concepts.
• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
