Join us as a Junior Data Base Administrator:

• Participate in installing and configuring Oracle database software
• Assist in automating routine database tasks using scripts and tools
• Help set up database environments for development, testing, and production
• Support in monitoring and analyzing database performance
• Help optimize SQL queries and workloads
• Troubleshoot, work on root cause analysis, assist resolving database problems
• Share Oracle best practices and reduce operational risks
• Help customers modernize systems and database and be sustainable

What you’ll do

• Learn how to design solutions using Oracle leading technology and Consulting methods, tools, and best practices
• Enable long term advanced support relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers
• Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to our solutions and services
• Learn from experts and contribute to bring value to our customers leveraging on Oracle’s international network of experts
• Use Oracle internal tools, resources, and network to learn and stay up to date with on innovation and leading technologies
• Contribute as a team member on customer projects together with Oracle experts and leaders
• Support Customer relationships focused on collaborative,
  - term partnerships
• Provide support in the continuous operational improvement of Oracle environments
• Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts
• Support intellectual property and customers’ experiences throughout their involvement with Oracle’s technologies

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Technical Aptitude and preferable tech background: Interest and understanding of cloud technology concepts such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Machine Learning, Dev
  Ops, Security, Terraform, and Oracle Cloud infrastructure plus ability to learn programming (Python)
• Enthusiasm and dedication to tech hobbies is valued. (. website development, hobby programming, developing an APP, and
  - driven exploration of technology and cloud computing (Oracle, Amazon, Azure, Google)
