As our Junior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers adopt our software through an efficient onboarding experience, and that our solution fits their business needs. You will use your technical knowledge to verify requirements and definition of solutions, and be the operational lead for onboarding our customers to the Trip
Builder solution. You'll also begin to handle moderately complex customer projects with multiple stakeholders, driving measurable business impact through customer time to value and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
You will…
- Be the operational lead or assist in the implementation of the Nezasa solutions, including moderately complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Drive measurable business outcomes for customers by ensuring quality, timely, and economically viable delivery and rollout of our products and services
- Apply your
- solving skills and business acumen to verify requirements and define solutions - Be responsible for planning and execution of customer onboarding, including coordination of rollout phases for
- phase implementations - Be the primary contact for the customer for all operational topics in the onboarding / delivery phase and create positive relationships with customer stakeholders
- Contribute to the templatization and standardization of our delivery and onboarding processes
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to provide account updates, identify upselling opportunities and address the need for commercial adjustments
- Ensure that all relevant information flows in a timely and smooth manner to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with guidance from senior delivery team members on complex scenarios
You have…
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, project delivery, managing customer implementations in IT or software OR 1-2 years of experience in complex B2B customer onboarding
- Strong analytical thinking and
- solving skills with the ability to fully understand customer needs and identify actionable solutions and plans - Technical aptitude and willingness to learn concepts related to software product implementation and integration (APIs, Release management, etc. )
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, work in a
- paced environment, and meet deadlines - The expertise to anticipate customer requirements and put them into the context of a product
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in multicultural environments to work effectively with different internal teams
- As a plus:
- Background in consulting, professional services, or complex B2B onboarding
- German language skills
