This role requires
- life development experience and knowledge in Java technologies, from architecture through to actual development, deployment, tuning, and maintenance. You will support team members in preparing
- specific approaches, architecture, and strategies, work with clients, and ensure the solution exceeds client requirements. Additionally, you will keep OLR informed about industry best practices. The role involves working closely with client teams, requiring tact, presentation, and workshop delivery skills.

You are passionate about development, with knowledge of specific tools and approaches, and excel in delivery. You will help OLR develop systems, tools, and techniques that maximize effective and efficient delivery without compromising quality.

You are enthusiastic about working in a small, growing business known for engineering and delivery excellence. You are
- versed in Agile methodologies and comfortable with governance and management approaches favored by large international clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous Java development experience
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Framework
• Agile mindset, familiar with Scrum, TDD, and Continuous Delivery
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to work closely in pairs
• Effective at communicating ideas and concepts, quick to grasp new ones
• Highly motivated and trustworthy to carry out complex technical tasks
• Fluent in English
