Location: Lisbon (Hybrid Work)

Role: Junior Digital & KAM E-Commerce M / F / D

Responsibilities:

• Manage the digital customer journey across channels, ensuring KPI achievement.
• Monitor media platforms and campaign analytics.
• Oversee E-Shop back office operations.
• Support Offline KAMs with Top National E-Shops.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Digital teams.
• Identify growth opportunities in E-Commerce.
• Prospect new E-Commerce clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Management, or related fields.
• 3-4 years of experience in Digital Communication or E-Commerce client management.
• Proven skills in digital marketing, social media, SEO.
• Technical knowledge of analytics tools.
• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
