Who are we looking for?
As a Junior Digital Campaign Manager, you will be in charge of creating and optimizing online promotional campaigns in different markets worldwide, acquiring new leads and users for Gambling Brands through paid media channels (META Ads).
You will create reports and analyze data to identify and explore opportunities, and you will be in contact with our clients to define strategies and goals to achieve. You will contribute to the team’s creative processes, bringing in new ideas and energy to try different things. We believe in two main pillars for this role: autonomy and responsibility. We provide training so you can perform your role at optimal performance, but we want you to be as independent as possible so that you control your own time and goals.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize online promotional campaigns in different markets worldwide.
- Acquire new leads and users for Gambling Brands through paid media channels (META Ads).
- Create reports and analyze data to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Engage with clients to define strategies and goals.
- Contribute to the team’s creative processes with new ideas and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics (or similar).
- Recent graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
- Good analytical skills.
- Results oriented.
- Interest in Marketing and online advertising (i
Gaming knowledge is a plus). - Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Creative and dynamic; Canva skills are a plus.
- Experience with platforms such as META Ads is a plus.
- Pragmatic, proactive, organized and with a curious/minded attitude.
What we offer
- Salary according to experience level + monthly performance bonuses.

- Work remotely 2 days per week (Friday + Monday).

- Hybrid work model: 3 office days (Tuesday-Thursday) + 2 home office days (Monday and Friday).
