As a Junior Ad-Ops
Specialist
at Gruvi, you will help manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients in the film industry. You will work closely with the team to set up campaigns, monitor performance, and provide insights to optimize results. This role is a great opportunity to gain

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik
Tok, You
Tube, Snapchat, and other platforms. - Review creative assets and ensure they meet platform and campaign guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with audience targeting and creative testing.
- Support the team with campaign reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and creative teams.
Day To Day duties
- Creation of Campaigns on relevant ad platforms as required by media plans
- Creation of ads on each platform as required by media plans
- Provide feedback on audience targeting included in media plans
- Communicate with Account Management and Sales Teams on campaign implementation
- Implement client's feedback and requests in Gruvi digital media campaigns
- Monitor and analyse live campaign activities, review KPIs in order to optimise advertising spend to meet campaign goals
- Analyse campaign data to provide the account management team with insights into campaign performance
- Review creative assets to make sure they follow platform guidelines
- Review client's branding and creative assets to meet advertising objectives
- Liaise with Gruvi design team & technical team on any issues with tracking, reports or landing pages
- Creation and maintenance of Looker Studio reports
Required Skills and Experience
:
- Strong operational and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
- functionally and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. - Basic familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tik
Tok Ads). - Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
- A passion for the film industry and digital marketing.
