Junior Dutch Recruiter At Ced
As a Junior DUTCH Recruiter, you actively search for top talent for temporary and permanent positions using databases, social media, and various channels such as guest lectures and company days at schools and universities.
You are creative in finding the best candidates in a highly competitive job market.
Together with your recruitment colleague, you select the most suitable profiles and enter them into the system. You conduct phone and Teams interviews using various interview techniques.
You also represent the HR communication of CED Interim Professionals in a dynamic way, with creative ideas such as vlogs, posters, or school visits. Finally, you support the team with administrative tasks when needed.
Profile:
- Passion for sourcing and ability to handle pressure and change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative, flexible, organized.
- HBO-level education and thinking.
- Experience in recruitment (Talent Sourcer or Recruitment Assistant).
- Familiarity with social media and preferably HR communication.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (including Share
Point).
- Excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken.
