Junior English Customer Support
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C2 level or native proficiency) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
- Strong
- solving abilities and attention to detail. - Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer support tools.
