Join White Rabbit Projects as Junior Event Co-ordinator - Support Events Across Locke de Santa Joana, Lisbon. At White Rabbit Projects, we design hospitality experiences that bring people together through food, drink, and memorable moments. At Locke de Santa Joana in Lisbon, we manage a collection of restaurants, bars, and unique social spaces that host everything from group dining to private events. We’re now looking for a
- oriented, enthusiastic Junior Event Co-ordinator to support the planning and organisation of events across the property. This is a reactive role, focused on supporting the Events team with enquiries, administration, and ensuring smooth handovers to the operations team.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Assisting with incoming event and group booking enquiries


• Supporting the Events Co-ordinator in preparing proposals, confirmations, and event sheets


• Managing administration and maintaining accurate booking records


• Helping to coordinate menus, timings, layouts, and guest requests


• Liaising with the operations team to ensure smooth event delivery


• Assisting with client communication,
  - ups, and feedback


• Learning the full event process to build confidence and experience in coordination

What Do You Need?

• Some prior experience in hospitality, events, or administration is helpful but not essential


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)


• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a
  - paced environment


• A
  - first approach with confidence to support colleagues when needed
