We’re looking for a Junior Financial Analyst with up to 2 years of experience in Saa
S analytics, reporting and budgeting. As our new junior financial analyst you will participate in close activities,
- and
- term planning, periodic reviews, financial and operational reporting and
- hoc analyses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who is looking to make significant contributions to the finance team and the organization’s growth and development.
Your new adventure:- Support regular Saa
S metrics reporting, including variance and trend analysis - Assist with monthly close activities by preparing data reports and reviewing key metrics
- Conduct initial investigation into monthly variances and help prepare insights and provide recommendations to department leaders
- Contribute to the revenue forecasting process, working with senior team members and leadership to refine inputs and track actuals vs. forecast
- Monitor
- line business drivers and help maintain consistent tracking - Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and
- term planning processes across multiple business functions - Collaborate with team members to prepare internal reports and business reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization platforms (Tableau)
- Analyze trends in performance indicators like revenue, customer churn, pricing execution, net revenue retention and cost drivers
- Support
- functional teams with financial input and analysis, becoming a trusted partner over time to key department leaders - Maintain a high level of data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency
- Take on
- hoc financial analysis projects and support process improvement initiatives - Contribute to streamline planning and reporting processes using technology and automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required
- Master’s degree is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, business support, FP&A, or Saa
S finance (internships and/or junior roles) - Strong Excel/Google Workspace/Financial data modeling and visualization skills
- Exposure to financial planning processes (e. g. budgeting, forecasting, or reporting cycles)
- Familiarity with Saa
S metrics (e. g. ARR, churn, CAC) and interest in building expertise - Strong analytical and
- solving skills with a keen attention to detail - Eagerness to learn new tools and systems (experience with SQL, ERP, Vena, or BI tools like Tableau is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to simplify complex financial analysis into actionable
- based insights for the business - Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines, with strong organizational skills
