We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst - Pn
L Controller

Main Tasks:

Produce and validate official Economic P&L figures and related explains.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies between official and predicted P&L.

Review and correct P&L Explain components when misallocations occur.

Analyze and document differences between Risk-based market P&L and P&L Explain.

Review P&L split between liquidity and rate effects for ALMT perimeters.

Perform hedge accounting controls for Finance and Front Office when applicable.

Submit P&L to Front Office for
- off.

Challenge and improve existing processes where possible.

Promote and maintain ethics, professionalism, and internal trust within the team.

Main Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Up to 1 year of experience in financial services, banking, or a similar environment

Familiarity with Profit & Loss (P&L) concepts and financial reporting principles.

Basic knowledge of financial markets and banking products

Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of tools like Power BI, VBA, or Python is a plus.

Fluency in English is mandatory

Hybrid Role in Lisbon
