Your Role

We’re looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team in Porto, where you’ll contribute to delivering
- quality financial services and support to our clients.

As a Junior Financial Consultant for the Loan team, you will:

Support the delivery of
- quality financial services to clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Participate in training programs to enhance your expertise and assist in onboarding new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Identify and propose improvements to existing processes, contributing to continuous enhancement initiatives.
Foster a positive team environment while adhering to the Group’s code of conduct, Smartworking Policy, and mandatory training requirements.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Management.
1 year of experience in the banking sector.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power
Point).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering quality results.
