ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are seeking a Junior financial controller to join our teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a direct interface with various departments, you will oversee and support a business unit comprehensively.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the results of the business unit under your responsibility,
• Ensuring the proper reporting of these results to the financial management, operational teams, and the Group,
• Leading monthly financial and analytical closings,
• Monitor the performance of projects: monitoring risks, outstanding & unpaid, monitoring margins, cost structure, etc,
• Participate in the validation of P&L and
  - flow simulation,
• Proactively contributing to the development and optimization of management tools,
• Participating in various
  - functional topics between financial controlling and other departments,
• Developing a strong business partnership with operational teams to support and guide them in
  - making.

PROFILE:

• With a Bachelor's degree from a business school, you have at least 3 years of experience in financial controlling,
• Good level of English and French is a plus,
• Methodical and rigorous, autonomous, you know how to work in a team and are recognized for your interpersonal skills.
• You possess a good critical mindset and are always proactive in suggesting improvements,
• Proficiency in Excel, BI/reporting tools are essential, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
