Responsibilities:
Finance Support
Help maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly financial summaries.
Monitor and track payments, invoices, and expenses.
Help with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate with external accountants for bookkeeping and tax matters.
Use accounting tools or software to manage records.
Ensure basic compliance with financial and tax obligations.
Office & Administrative Support
Help keep the office running smoothly on a

- day basis.
Order supplies and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Support onboarding of new hires and keep internal documentation organized.
Assist with simple HR admin tasks like tracking leave and updating employee records.
What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Around 1/2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or office support roles.
Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and accounting tools.
Proficient in Ex cel and comfortable with digital tools.
Well-organized with good attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
