Junior French Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with
- related questions, order concerns, and technical support issues.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate solutions and personalized assistance.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements
- Fluent in French (C2 level) with strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent
- solving abilities and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior experience required – ideal for
- level candidates! - Must be available to work
- site in Lisbon.
