Your Mission Will Be

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions that align with organizational rules and regulations;
• Design processes, workflows, and logical data models to ensure clear and efficient system interactions;
• Create functional documentation such as diagrams, interface specifications, and test plans;
• Support cross‑functional teams (business, development, testing) to ensure smooth project delivery;
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices in functional analysis.

You Will Need

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage expectations and foster collaboration;
• Practical knowledge of functional analysis methods, including interviews, UML, and system interfaces;
• Familiarity with process design (BPMN) and logical/conceptual data modeling;
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, delivering results with quality and commitment;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Knowledge of financial services and payment systems, particularly international payment processing;
• Experience with acquiring SPI integrations in banking or fintech environments;
• Understanding of payment technologies, products, and services in the finance sector;
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power
  Point, Access) and Power Designer.
