Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support for product‑related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear, helpful, and efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No previous experience required – entry‑level candidates welcome!
- Must be available to work on‑site in Lisbon.
