Adecco Permanent Recruitment is currently looking for a Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist to join a prestigious company located in Benavente (on-site position).

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers) and onboarding processes;
  
  
• Prepare contracts and offer letters;
  
  
• Assist production employees with submitting tickets, accessing benefits, and navigating the My
  RB system;
  
  
• Maintain documentation and update HR systems;
  
  
• Assist with HR tasks for the ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (or currently studying);
  
  
• Previous experience/internship in HR and Recruitment;
  
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
  
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word);
  
  
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team;
  
  
• Good command of
  English (spoken and written).
