• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Porto Alto, Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to develop hands‑on experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee support within a dynamic, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to day‑to‑day HR administration—helping ensure a positive experience for all staff across the site. You will work closely with the HR Manager to assist with ongoing projects and contribute to building an engaged and high‑performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Assist production employees with HR queries, including ticket submissions, benefits access, and system navigation (My
  RB).
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and update HR databases.
• Support HR activities and administrative tasks related to ongoing site projects.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting HR initiatives and engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently studying).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) – B1–B2 level.

Desirable

• Previous internship or professional experience in HR or recruitment (especially within a factory or industrial environment).
• Additional language skills – Spanish is an advantage.
