Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist – 3-Year Fixed Term Contract

? Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Porto Alto, Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to develop
- on experience in human resources, recruitment, and employee support within a dynamic,
- paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to

- day HR administration—helping ensure a positive experience for all staff across the site. You will work closely with the HR Manager to assist with ongoing projects and contribute to building an engaged and
- performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support
  -
  - end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Assist production employees with HR queries, including ticket submissions, benefits access, and system navigation (My
  RB).
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and update HR databases.
• Support HR activities and administrative tasks related to ongoing site projects.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting HR initiatives and engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or currently studying).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) – B1–B2 level.

Desirable:

• Previous internship or professional experience in HR or recruitment (especially within a factory or industrial environment).
• Additional language skills – Spanish is an advantage.
