We are currently in search of a Junior HR Service Support French speaker to join our offices in Porto.
ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for an HR service support specialist – French. Reporting locally to the HR service support team leader, the candidate will have strong relationships with HRBPs located in France.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal and employment information, in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Oversee the
- keeping process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of HR documents. - Coordinate the
- boarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training arrangements. - Process employee terminations, and handle necessary
- boarding paperwork. - Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Track and monitor employee attendance, leaves, and
- off requests. - Administer leave policies and assist employees with
- related inquiries. - Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management as required.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees.
- Help create and distribute HR-related communications.
- Participate in HR projects such as HR system implementation, or process improvement initiatives.

PROFILE:
- A good level of French (B2) and English are mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A first experience in HR administrative roles, with a focus on HR Operations is appreciated.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP and Service Now appreciated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
