Position: Junior Business Manager
Location: Hybrid (Lisbon)
What You’ll Do:
Identify and approach new clients to grow business nationally and internationally.
Support and implement business development strategies to meet company goals.
Present our IT Consulting and Nearshoring services to prospects.
Manage and nurture client relationships ensuring satisfaction and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT sector.
Degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive,
- driven mindset.
Fluent in English & Portuguese.
French or Spanish is a plus.
