SODECIA is looking for a motivated and curious Junior IT Developer to join our Corporate IT&K team. This is a great opportunity for a young professional to kickstart or grow their career in corporate application development and support, with a particular focus on Share
Point, Soft
Expert, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Application Development & Maintenance

• Support the design, configuration, and development of solutions in Share
  Point
• Assist in the administration and functional maintenance of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, One
  Drive, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Contribute to the configuration and process optimization within Soft
  Expert

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with internal users and IT&K colleagues to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Help ensure user adoption and proper use of digital tools through documentation and basic training
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues

Governance & Documentation

• Support compliance with corporate IT standards and policies
• Maintain accurate documentation for developed solutions and application configurations
• Track and report progress on assigned tasks and
  - scale projects

Who We're Looking For:

• A degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Basic experience with Share
  Point development or configuration (academic or internship experience is welcome)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and an eagerness to deepen technical skills
• Interest in enterprise applications like Soft
  Expert (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
