The role

In this role, you will support the delivery of technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation of solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in
  -
  - end project management under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards
• Collaborating with
  - functional and multidisciplinary teams (e. g. , SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft) to ensure integrated delivery
• Preparing clear project updates and stakeholder presentations
• Applying project management methodologies and supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
• Contributing to process improvements and helping develop approaches to solve client challenges.

Your profile

• You successfully completed your degree in management, engineering, information systems, or a related field
• You have over 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consultancy environment
• You are familiar with project management practices and tools. Power
  Point proficiency is essential, Excel or Power BI are a plus
• Experience supporting technology implementation and change management is valued
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills, clear and structured communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
