Systems technology. Its goal is to create and develop integrated Out
Systems solutions that enable businesses to innovate quickly, providing a
- notch experience for their clients.

At OSQuay we believe the right talent builds successful teams. We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience, motivated to grow with us and help identify the best technology professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory);
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
• Hands-on experience with Linked
  In and other sourcing platforms like Zoho Recruit;
• A
  - driven mindset, with a track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments;
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory);
• Availability for a hybrid model (2 days per week at the office in Linda-a-Velha).
