We are looking for an
IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience
, motivated to grow with us and help identify the best technology professionals.
What You'll Do
- Manage
-
- end IT recruitment processes. - Create and post job ads across multiple platforms.
- Identify, attract, and assess candidates through screenings and technical interviews.
- Guide candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Work closely with the Delivery team to align profiles with client needs.
- Follow-up on consultants' career journey and development.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
- 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
(solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory); - Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
- Hands-on experience with Linked
In and other sourcing platforms like Zoho Recruit; - A
- driven mindset, with a track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments; - Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory);
- Availability for a hybrid model (2 days per week at the office in Linda-a-Velha).
