We are looking for an
IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience
, motivated to grow with us and help identify the best technology professionals.

What You'll Do

• Manage
  -
  - end IT recruitment processes.
• Create and post job ads across multiple platforms.
• Identify, attract, and assess candidates through screenings and technical interviews.
• Guide candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Work closely with the Delivery team to align profiles with client needs.
• Follow-up on consultants' career journey and development.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
  (solid knowledge of IT roles is mandatory);
• Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles;
• Hands-on experience with Linked
  In and other sourcing platforms like Zoho Recruit;
• A
  - driven mindset, with a track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs in dynamic environments;
• Proficiency in Portuguese & English (mandatory);
• Availability for a hybrid model (2 days per week at the office in Linda-a-Velha).
