This role involves managing and resolving medium to high complexity technical incidents, assisting users, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with the team to improve processes. You will gather relevant information to support
- making, document incidents, and participate in team meetings. Conducting internal training sessions and working in high availability environments are also part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications include experience in managing technical incidents, strong customer service and
- solving skills, knowledge of Unix, Linux, SQL, and databases. Experience with Service
Now, ITIL methodologies, relevant certifications, and the ability to work in a team are preferred. Availability to attend the office 3 times per week is required.
