Junior IT Support | Helpdesk (L2) – Hybrid | Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve medium to high complexity technical incidents.
- Assist users and diagnose issues.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to improve processes.
- Gather relevant information to support
- making. - Document and report incidents in the appropriate system.
- Conduct internal training sessions when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and updates.
- Experience in managing and resolving technical incidents.
- Strong customer service and
- diagnosis skills. - Knowledge of systems: Unix, Linux, SQL, and databases.
- Experience with Service
Now is considered a plus. - Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Availability to attend the office 3 times per week.
- Additional knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
- Certifications in Information Technology-related areas.
- Experience in high availability environments.
