Tasks
Handle and resolve technical incidents of medium to high complexity (L2 level)
Provide user support and perform problem diagnosis via various communication channels
Follow up and document issues in internal systems (e. g. Service
Now)
Work closely with other technical teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant technical certification/course
Fluent English (mandatory)
Solid knowledge of:
- SQL
- UNIX/Linux environments
- Service
Now or other ticketing systems
Strong
