Reporting to the IT Manager, this position will be based in our office in Lisbon and will help ensure smooth

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
- line technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network issues).

Set up and configure user accounts, laptops/workstations.

Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation and inventory.

Support onboarding/offboarding processes from an IT perspective.

Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and internet connection.

Ensure IT best practices are followed, including data security and access control.

Requirements:

A degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.

Up to 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (internships included).

Familiarity with Windows and/or mac
OS environments.

Basic understanding of networking and system concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, IP, AD, DNS).

Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both written and spoken (Portuguese required).

Proficiency in English is required and Spanish is a plus.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
