About the Role:

Join Conectys' IT team to deliver
- class
- user support in a Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environment. You'll troubleshoot user issues, manage devices with Intune, and help us continuously improve our service.

Location: Lisbon -
- site/hybrid (first 6 months fully

What You'll Do:

• Resolve L1/L2 tickets for Windows, M365 (Outlook/Teams/One
  Drive/Share
  Point), printing, and connectivity.
• Provision users and devices;
  
  
  
  manage licenses and MFAin Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
• Enroll and support devices with Intune;
  
  
  
  apply policies, apps, and updates.
• Maintain accurate asset and ticket records;
  
  
  
  create knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure/security when escalation is needed.

What You Bring:

• Recent graduate or 6–12 months in help desk/desktop support.
• Comfortable with Windows 10/11, basic networking, and M365 admin basics.
• Strong communication in Portuguese & English;
  
  
  
  
  - first mindset.
• Certs (nice to have): Comp
  TIA A+, MS‐900/AZ‐900, MD‐102 (or in progress), Network+, SC‐900.
