This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity.

? We are looking for a IT Systems Integrator ?

⚡The ideal candidate will:

• +1 year experiences as System Intergrator;
• Experience in Windows, Linux, Control-M, ITIL V4 and Oracle;
• English and French (B2);

⚡Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the operational continuity of solutions in the RUN phase, including updating CMDB entries, maintaining documentation, and managing obsolescence and vulnerabilities;
• Manage incidents and problems in alignment with ITIL V4 best practices;
• Promote and enforce adherence to Dev
  Ops best practices, with a focus on culture, automation, security, and observability;
