Junior Italian Customer Support
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product features, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level).
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- No prior experience required –
- level candidates are welcome - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work
- site in Lisbon.
